Scheduled Orbital Decay of Satellites Changes During Times of Solar Flare Disruption

The United States Air Force, NASA, and all the private space flight companies work very hard to predict the orbital decay of satellites, the exact position, and time at which they will eventually burn up in our atmosphere. Of course that's not as easy to do as you might think, because Earth's atmosphere is always in a state of flux. For instance, did you know when there are solar flare disruptions it compresses our atmosphere as Earth travels through them in the solar system?
